MIXING DIRECTIONS:

Gently shake or stir one part of powdered Pet Lac into two parts of warm water. A part is any measuring device you use: teaspoon, tablespoon or cup. Do not use a blender.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

All animals should receive their mother‘s milk for at least 2 days, if possible. The colostrums milk gives extra nutrition and temporary immunity against some diseases. Reconstituted Pet Lac should be fed at room temperature. Reconstituted Pet Lac may be fed at the daily rate of 1 tablespoon (15 mL) per 2 ounces (57 g) body weight. The daily feeding rate should be divided into equal portions for each feeding.

Animals' needs will vary and this amount may have to be increased or decreased, depending on the individual. Larger animals do well when fed reconstituted Pet Lac every 8 hours. Small or weak animals may need to be fed reconstituted amounts every 3 or 4 hours. Weigh the animal 3 times a week to assure adequate feeding.

When a food supplement is desired, for growing animals or for supplementing large litters, old, or convalescent animals, Pet Lac Powder should be used at the rate of 1 teaspoonful per 5 lbs. (2.2 kg) body weight.

PREGNANT AND LACTATING MOTHERS:

Mix Pet Lac Powder into the daily ration at the rate of 2 tablespoons per 5 lbs. (2.2 kg) body weight until 2 weeks after whelping.

Pet Lac Powder should be refrigerated after opening. Discard unused portion after one month.
