INDICATIONS FOR USE:

Calcium Phosphorus Chewable Tablets are a palatable meat-flavoured source of supplemental calcium and phosphorus for dogs and cats. When your pet requires additional calcium and phosphorus, PetAg Calcium Phosphorus Chewable Tablets provide these two minerals in a highly biologically available formulation. Calcium Phosphorus Chewable Tablets supply calcium and phosphorus in a ratio recommended for cats and dogs. The ratio of calcium and phosphorus in the diet is important for the efficient utilization of the minerals by dogs and cats.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Dogs: Maintenance: Feed 1/2 tablet per 10 kg (22 lbs.) body weight daily. Growth, late gestation, lactation: Feed 1 tablet per 10 kg (22 lbs.) body weight daily. It is recommended that dogs larger than 30 kg (66 lbs.) receive no more than 3 tablets per day.

Cats: Maintenance: Feed 1/4 tablet per 2 kg (4.5 lbs.) body weight daily. Growth, late gestation, lactation: Feed 1/2 tablet per 2 kg (4.5 lbs.) body weight daily. It is recommended that cats larger than 3 kg (6.75 lbs.) receive no more than 1 tablet per day.
