DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Initial dose - first 7 days
Under 4.5 kg 1tsp(5.6g) daily
Over 4.5 kg 2tsp(11.2g) daily
Over 11.25 kg 2tsp(11.2g), add 1tsp(5.6g)
Per 11.25 kg 2tsp(11.2g) for a maximum of 4tsp(22.4 g) daily

Maintenance: Use half the amount of the above dose.
